Stop The Blame Game

09 Jan

Jennifer Rubin of the Washington Post hits the nail on the head with this piece decrying the Left’s attempt to tie Jared Loughton, the AZ madman who shot Rep. Giffords, killed Federal District Justice Rolls and 5 others (including Dallas Green’s 9 year old granddaughter) to Sarah Palin and the Tea Party. CNN has lost its mind and is even getting in on the act as detailed in this post at Hot Air.

In reality, this guy listed Mien Kampf and the Communist Manifesto as two of his favorite books, and has a YouTube video of himself burning the American Flag, hardly someone you would expect to be part of the Tea Party or supportive of Sarah Palin.

It never ceases to amaze me how the professional Left can, with straight faces scream from the mountaintop while waving the bloody shirt, all the while knowing full well that the people they are trying to blame are innocent. The raw political opportunism is beyond sickening. It bespeaks a movement that has no soul and has given itself over to one of the most base of all human urges, the raw pursuit of power and domination of others at all costs.

I would sincerely hope that my friends and acquaintances who consider themselves Liberals or of a left-wing persuasion would condemn and denounce those in their camp who are using this horrible event in an attempt to score cheap political points.

My thoughts and prayers go out the the families of all those wounded or killed by this poor lost soul. That should be our only response.
