So, let me get this straight. He knew where OBL was for almost ten months and demanded photographic evidence (jeopardizing detection of intelligence assets and risking OBL fleeing) before pulling the trigger. He also apparently had a memo in his back pocket which he planned to use to tar the military with if the whole thing went wrong. Sounds like the only people with any guts in this whole affair were the intelligence and military special operators who actually ran OBL to ground and did the final deed.
As with just about everything with this Administration, things are most often found to be 180 degrees out of phase with what they initially assert after all the facts are known.
