This pic is from Jon Lovitz’s Twitter feed and I thought it was quite timely, given the President’s comments about successful people “not building” their businesses.

I remember back during the 2008 election when everybody thought the remarks Mr. Obama made to Joe the Plumber were being taken out of context. Apparently, Obama’s now embracing the theme that “everyone deserves a slice of the pie you baked” as a campaign slogan: http://dynamopolitics.com/2012/07/18/obama-success-comes-from-the-government/
Nobody disputes that people have to be provided with basic nessecities to live, but the fact that people provide a businessowner with education, technology and “influence” does not entitle them to a peice of their success – and it certainly doesn’t justify raising taxes to pay for those people’s welfare or retirement funds.
